When we are in the unit and someone calls from the lobby, we usually use the wall pad to answer and open the lobby door. Both of our phones also ring and continue to ring after we have answered the wall pad and have opened the door.

We’re working on an enhancement to our ONE! app for next year that will stop ringing on all paired phones once the wall pad or one of the paired phones answers the call.
