The in-suite wall pad serves as a hub to provide a single interface for the resident to interact with their home and community.​

Allows residents to view and grant access to visitors

Residents can monitor, manage, and automate suite temperature

User-friendly access to core features such as reading community notices, setting alarms, and calling the concierge

Digital Door Lock

A keyless digital door lock that allows residents to easily enter their suites.

KEY FEATURES

The digital door lock can be opened by programmable codes, FOBs, and smartphones

Secure access can be given to family and friends, or other scheduled visitors

The biometric option allows the resident to unlock their suite using their fingerprint

Doorbell Camera

The doorbell camera allows residents to see who is outside their door at any time by checking their wall pad or mobile app.

Smoke & Leak Detection Integration

The SmartONE solution enables the direct integration of smoke and leak detection devices. Residents will receive alarm notices on their wall pad and mobile app, and the concierge will also be notified of any emergencies.
